Shipping

How long until my order ships? 
All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday - Saturday).

Shipping in the US:

FREE SHIPPING:
ALL in-stock orders over $75 ship free within the Continental US. 
Shipping rates:
All Orders up to $75 have a flat shipping rate of $5
All Orders of $75 or more ship for free. 

Estimated transit times are determined by the mail service selected. 

USPS First Class Mail Service : Approx 3-5 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail : Approx 1-3 business days.

International Shipping:

All international orders are shipped via USPS International Mail or DHL.

Shipping time varies with each country, but generally takes anywhere from 7 - 25 days depending on parcel and local customs.  Shipping rates are based on package weight and are calculated at checkout.  While every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, Arbore Perfume Atelier cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit when shipping with USPS Priority International Mail or DHL. Sales Tax / VAT All sales are exclusive of any VAT or import tax. Your country may require you to pay taxes upon retrieval of your package. For more information, please contact your local postal service. 


Damaged Packages

Your order has arrived! But wait.. it’s broken. The worst feeling.
No worries - just send a message with a photo of damaged products and a photo of the damaged shipping box and a replacement will be sent out right away.

Lost Packages

While every effort will be made to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, Arbore Perfumer Atelier cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and we would be happy to help you file a claim. 

Cancelation Policy

Change your mind? We work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible; contact us within 6 hours of purchase to cancel your order for a full refund.
